If you provide us with a support ticket, with your explicit permission, we may need to access your data to solve the issue. Only the founders of the company will be able to do this. Into the future, suitably vetted senior employees will be able to do so into the future, all information looked at will be recorded and available to the user as needed. Again, this will only happen with your permission, and the date range looked it will be only what is needed to solve the situation. Our preferred option, is to understand your problem, recreate it on our personal accounts, and then write code to solve it for everyone automatically.
Once you instruct us to delete your account, FanFootage will promptly remove your Data, unless retention of your Data is necessary for FanFootage to comply with legal obligations and/or resolve disputes. If FanFootage needs to retain Your Data in one of these exceptional circumstances, we will notify you using the email address associated with your user account.
We take security incredibly seriously. If you have any suggestions for how we could improve our security, or improve this policy, please contact us at email@example.com.
